Position : Senior HR Executive

Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 7,500

Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

Working Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s workforce needs. The role focuses on sourcing top talent, improving hiring efficiency, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and secure high-quality talent
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through timely communication and updates
• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop accurate job descriptions
• Provide advisory support on recruitment best practices and selection decisions
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to monitor hiring performance and improvements
• Support HR compliance activities, including policy adherence and employment law updates
• Assist in HR-related projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Proactive, independent, and strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement ability
• Team player with strong relationship-building skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
