Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, full set of accounts, financial reporting, reconciliations and statutory compliance across Group Bottega's business entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
• Handle month-end closing, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Review AP, AR, payments, collections and inter-company transactions.
• Review outlet sales, POS and payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit, tax, statutory compliance and maintain accurate records in AutoCount.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience with full set accounts.
• Strong knowledge of closing, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• AutoCount experience preferred; F&B/multi-outlet experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good Excel, communication and organisational skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
