Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Event Management, or a related field.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, online advertising, and event coordination.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Able to keep up with social media trends and contribute creative marketing ideas.

Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Candidates with a background in media, broadcasting, or event management will have an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Deliver all webinars and events with good planning and coordination to meet their goals and expected results.

Identify potential problems and take preventive action to ensure webinars and events proceed as planned.

Evaluate outcomes of webinars and events for continuous improvement in planning and organizing.

Coordinate planning meetings for webinars and events across relevant teams and ensure follow-up actions are taken.

Manage event costs and source for appropriate venues to host the events.

Be well-versed in technical skills: arrange and test all event logistics, including PA system, green screens, audio-visuals, décor, and overall setup to ensure all are in good working order.

Manage customers and the public with tact and diplomacy and relationship building.

Coordinate with external providers, delivery partners, and field teams in the delivery of their services.

Promote and assist in all sales launches, marketing activities, webinars, events, courses, and promotions.

Assist in proposing effective marketing plans and strategies for all products to achieve company sales targets.

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness of YYC.

Ensure event targets are met, such as the number of participants in each event.

Attend and participate in webinars and events.

Complete other tasks as assigned to support the Sales & Marketing team.
