Coordinate work process and information to ensure the timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customer.

Ensure smooth running of daily service operation and resolve on-site operational issues and customer service level satisfaction.

Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.

Work well with the engineers and mechanics on the follow up updates of service calls and job delivery.

Assist with raising of Purchase Order to Supplier, Delivery Order and Invoice.

Liaising with existing customer and handling customer enquiries and feedback.

Build good relationship with the management, team and customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Administration / Engineering / Customer Service
• With 2-3 years of experience handling operation / customer service coordination
• Familiar with heavy equipment products will be an advantage
• Possess good communication with good interpersonal skills
