Industry Summary:

We are a shipping agency. Our main line of duty is to assist and arrange clearance for any vessel (ship) entering to any Malaysian Ports. In our line of duty we also arrange for husbandry jobs (Crew Change, Arrangement for Provision, Ship Spare Supply Arrangement, and ETC) We mainly liaise with Ports, Port Authority / Commission, Immigration, Port Health, Marine Department, Customs, Customers, and Suppliers.

Job Description:

• Help keep our accounting documents well-organized through proper filing.
• Support general office tasks and help keep things running smoothly.
• Send emails and assist with communication to clients and suppliers.
• Able to Create Quotations and Final Invoices To Customers.
• Able to use SQL accounting software to create Quotations and Final Invoices

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with a pass in Accounting.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferably able to speak in Tamil.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
