Project Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan
Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
Audit Project Team’s BIM Project Execution
Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants
Multidisciplinary Coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D)
Helpdesk for BIM issues
Design, scripting, and utilization of BIM related tools
Other Expectations
Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM and continual improvement and mastery of BIM
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant BIM Management experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a BIM Coordinator role.
Experience in BIM coordination with consultants, particularly for infrastructure and healthcare projects, and implementation of BIM in the construction process is preferred.
Knowledge of Singapore BIM Guide and ISO 19650 standards; BCA Academy BIM Modelling and BIM Management courses would be an advantage.
Proficient in Autodesk AEC software, including Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks and Navisworks Manage; knowledge of Dynamo is preferred.
Strong leadership and client management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a BIM team.
Good command of English with strong interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative team player.
Hands-on, positive and proactive, with a strong interest in BIM innovation and continuous improvement.
Meticulous, well-organised and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
