A Business Development Manager identifies new business opportunities, builds client relationships, and drives company growth through strategic planning and sales initiatives.
Identify Opportunities:
Research target markets, analyze industry trends, and uncover potential clients or partnerships to expand the company’s reach and revenue
Generate Leads and Sales:
Build sales leads, pitch to prospective clients, and move prospects through the sales funnel to convert them into customers
Develop Relationships:
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business strategies, set sales targets, and create plans to enter new markets or territories
