We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to support our operations in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle

Work Permit (WP), S Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

via MOM portal

Manage

foreign worker onboarding

, including medical, housing, and documentation

Liaise with

Ministry of Manpower

, agents, and workers on employment matters

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Monitor

quota, levy, and permit status

for all workers

Assist in payroll coordination and leave tracking

Support general HR administrative duties

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field

Minimum

1 years HR experience

(construction industry preferred)

Familiar with MOM systems (WPOL, EPOL, MyMOM)

Able to handle foreign worker matters independently

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
