We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Wintel/VS and Microsoft Windows systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise-level Windows infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Wintel/VS, Microsoft Windows to join our organization in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level Windows infrastructure solutions. You will leverage your extensive expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies to support our organization's critical IT operations and drive infrastructure excellence.

- Design and architect scalable Windows Server infrastructure solutions aligned with organizational requirements and industry best practices

- Administer and optimize Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management

- Implement and manage Hyper-V virtualization platforms and System Center technologies to ensure efficient resource utilization

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to streamline operational processes and improve system efficiency

- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues with a detail-oriented approach, analyzing root causes and implementing sustainable solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, with on-premises Windows environments

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on Windows infrastructure best practices and emerging technologies

- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of Windows systems to ensure reliability and efficiency

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery protocols

- Stay current with Microsoft technologies, security updates, and industry standards to ensure systems remain secure and compliant

Qualifications

- 7+ years of professional experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure management

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022 or later versions)

- Demonstrated expertise in Hyper-V virtualization, System Center, and related Microsoft virtualization technologies

- Strong command of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows networking services

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for infrastructure management and system administration

- Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and hybrid cloud infrastructure integration

- Experience with infrastructure security best practices, including encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements

- Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement efficient, organized solutions

- Strong communication skills with the ability to document technical solutions and mentor team members

- Experience with infrastructure project management and capacity planning

- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning for Windows environments

- Familiarity with monitoring and performance tuning tools for Windows infrastructure
