• Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking an experienced HR Advisory Lead to lead, develop, implement, and integrate initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce Administration, and HR Data Administration.

• The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise on global process design, deployment, and maintenance within the agreed scope of work. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and project teams to drive HR transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.

• It will start off as 12months contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, implement, and integrate HR initiatives and programs across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce Administration, and HR Data Administration.

• Provide subject matter expertise on global process design, deployment, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with and guide project teams to ensure effective delivery and execution.

• Take ownership of key decisions and provide solutions to challenges within the team and across multiple teams.

• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Analyze complex challenges and develop solutions that support workforce planning and organizational growth.

• Share expertise and support team members in fostering a collaborative working environment.

• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with evolving standards.

• Support initiatives involving agentic HR design and development.

Requirements

• Experience in Human Resources transformation, advisory, operations, or related HR initiatives.

• Strong experience in business requirements gathering.

• Experience conducting solution gap analysis.

• Knowledge of HR processes across areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce Administration, and HR Data Administration.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.

• Exposure to business operating model design.

• Experience in agentic HR design or development.
