Salary Range: $4500-$6000

About The Role

Manage and oversee electrical works for building construction and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects from planning to completion.
Supervise and manage workers, foremen, site supervisors, and engineers to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site activities, including manpower deployment, work schedules, and material requirements.
Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other M&E subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation.
Manage project schedules, budgets, costing, variations, and progress claims.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and site teams on electrical installation and troubleshooting.
Attend site meetings and report project progress, issues, and solutions to management.
Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, Singapore regulations, and safety requirements.

About You

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical works, preferably with an M&E subcontractor.
Experience in building construction and A&A projects in Singapore.
Able to manage workers, foremen, site supervisors, and engineers.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation, site coordination, and project management.
Able to manage manpower, project schedules, costs, and multiple site activities independently.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
