Quantity surveyor (tender/main contractor/building)

1) prepare tender for new project

2) Handle variation orders

3) Estimation and meaurement of quantities

4) Contract adminstration, forecast and budgeting, procurement.

5) well versed in construction materials specifications

requirement:
1) singaoren and PR is prefered

2) Relevant experience in building construction.
