Do you enjoy meeting people and making them feel welcome?

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front Desk Officer to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a warm and positive clinic experience.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Welcoming and assisting patients.
Managing appointments and enquiries.
Handling basic billing and administrative matters.
Supporting a smooth patient journey.
Working closely with our Doctors and clinic team.

Customer service or front desk experience is an advantage.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or healthcare administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
Willingness to support neighbouring clinics through cross-deployment when required.
Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings when required.
