Fleet Executive (Onsite Operations)

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day fleet operations for prime movers, trailers and trucks.
2. Attend vehicle breakdowns and urgent issues onsite, and coordinate with workshops, towing providers and vendors.
3. Conduct and coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, servicing and handovers.
4. Monitor vehicle maintenance and follow up on repair progress and completion.
5. Coordinate vehicle deployment, replacement and collection with operations.
6. Liaise with workshops, inspection centres, insurance parties and other fleet-related vendors.
7. Provide regular updates on vehicle status, breakdowns, repairs and operational issues.
8. Support other fleet-related operational matters as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, Logistics or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in fleet management, vehicle operations, transport or the automotive industry.
• Experience handling prime movers and trailers is an advantage.
• Able to attend onsite vehicle breakdowns and inspections when required. Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence (or equivalent) is required for driving the company vehicle.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, drivers, vendors, workshops and other stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and follow up on pending matters effectively.
