As an F&B Executive with Subway, you work in a clean, healthy and organized environment. We are looking for passionate and hard working individuals to join our team!

Job Location: Punggol Plaza I (Right outside LRT Coral Edge)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble Subway sandwiches according to customer specifications and Subway's standardized recipes.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including food preparation stations, equipment, and dining areas.
• Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring that ingredients and supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a fast-paced work environment, efficiently managing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring they have a positive experience. Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage cash handling, reconcile daily sales, and complete necessary paperwork.
• Quality Control: Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations. Work closely with the manager to maintain the quality standards of Subway.

Qualifications:

• Excellent team working and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred. Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Planning and organizational skills
• Confident and passionate about F&B

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
