Job Descripion:

• Support evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of investment portfolios and strategic projects, including asset management initiatives, capital deployment, divestments, refinancing activities, and Real Estate fund-related matters.
• Assist in monitoring liquidity, capital commitments, capital calls, funding requirements, and capital allocation across investment vehicles and operating entities.
• Oversee management reporting across business entities inclusive of Real Estate Funds level, consolidating and analysing key financial and operational data for submission to headquarters.
• Prepare clear, structured management reports by translating financial performance data into actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and interpret data to support informed business decision-making.
• Support corporate governance activities, including the preparation of board papers, presentations, and documentation for Board of Directors meetings and miscellaneous meetings.
• Assist in streamlining reporting processes and enhancing data accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.
