岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
Supervise, train, and support the service team.
Prepare staff schedules and manage daily manpower deployment.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
Prepare operational reports and perform administrative duties.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore food safety regulations.
Support the achievement of operational and customer service KPIs.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality, or F&B operations.
Able to lead, train, and motivate a team.
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements.
