We're Hiring: Platform Operations Engineer - Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Specialist!

Provide cross-domain operational coverage and service-continuity support across Microsoft 365 and on-premises enterprise platforms, ensuring smooth operations during incidents and staffing shortages.

Location: Singapore, Singapore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Platform Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational coverage and first-level support for Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

• Perform initial incident triage and troubleshooting across collaboration, identity, and hosting environments.

• Coordinate incident escalation and resolution with M365, SQL, and infrastructure specialist teams.

• Execute documented SOPs and runbooks for Microsoft 365 and on-premises platforms.

• Support service restoration, backup verification, and recovery activities.

• Provide operational coverage during leave periods and manpower shortages.

• Maintain operational records and handover documentation.
  
  

Must Have

• Senior experience in enterprise IT operations or infrastructure support.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration/identity services and on-premises enterprise platforms.

• Incident coordination and cross-platform troubleshooting experience.

• Ability to follow established SOPs and operating procedures.

• Good cross-team coordination and operational handover skills.
