Key Responsibilities (Store Associate)

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections with customers.
• Drive sales by confidently sharing product knowledge and styling recommendations.
• Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock and support inventory management.
• Assist with cashiering, store operations, and daily housekeeping duties.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Key Responsibilities (Assistant Store Supervisor)

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Support store performance, sales growth, and daily operations.
• Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Oversee rostering, staffing, and operational compliance.
