About our client: Our client is an established Singapore-based company specialising in electronics manufacturing, engineering and technology solutions

About the role:

• Drive new business development and identify potential customers across Singapore and regional markets.
• Develop new business opportunities in semiconductor, electronics, medical technology, industrial automation and other technology-related industries.
• Promote manufacturing and engineering solutions, including PCBA, box build, equipment manufacturing and system integration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business partners.
• Identify market trends, generate leads and develop a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, RFQs, quotations, negotiations and contract closure.
• Work closely with internal engineering, production and operations teams to develop suitable solutions for customers.
• Drive revenue growth and secure long-term business opportunities.
• Undertake business travel within Singapore and overseas, particularly across the APAC region, based on business needs.

About you:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering or technology-related industries.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: PCBA, EMS, box build, contract manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, system integration or engineering solutions.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-driven and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within Singapore and overseas, particularly across APAC.

Other Info:

• Work location: Singapore (with travel across Asia, USA and Europe, depending on business needs)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
