About The Wolfpack

The Wolfpack develops and delivers large-scale events, festivals, brand activations and community experiences across multiple platforms and audiences. From flagship properties such as GastroBeats to sporting events and brand-led experiences, we create events that bring communities, partners and brands together.

We are looking for energetic, organised and hands-on individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning ideas into reality.

This role offers exposure across event planning, event operations, project management, stakeholder coordination and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of events, festivals, activations and experiential campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, sponsors, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in developing project timelines, event plans and operational schedules.
• Support logistics planning, procurement and event administration.
• Coordinate event manpower, suppliers, equipment and site requirements.
• Assist in sponsorship fulfilment and partner activations.
• Support event setup, event-day operations and post-event teardown.
• Liaise with clients, partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist with event reporting, documentation and post-event evaluations.
• Work closely with partnerships, account servicing, content and marketing teams to deliver successful event experiences.

• Prior events, hospitality, operations or project coordination experience is a bonus, but not required.
