Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our hotel team in the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.

Front Office Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Support reception and guest service operations
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for guests

Housekeeping Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily room and public-area cleaning operations
• Support room preparation and cleanliness standards
• Assist housekeeping team with daily tasks and duties
• Ensure guest rooms and common areas are maintained to hotel standards
• Learn and follow proper housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Students currently pursuing or recently graduated in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Well-groomed, responsible, and reliable
• Able to work as part of a team
• Previous hotel experience is an advantage but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to take initiative.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
