Job Scope:-

Responsible for full cycle of recruitment activities
Screening and sourcing of candidates to fit job role
Involved in Temp / Contract / Perm hirings across various sectors
Posting of job advertisements on platforms
Conduct interviews with candidates via virtual/face-to-face
Drafting of contracts 
Follow up with stakeholders for feedbacks & outcomes

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in any specialisation
Sales driven and keen to learn
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
