Job Responsibilities

• Perform measurement correlation activities with suppliers as assigned by the SQE Engineer or Supervisor.
• Conduct incoming material inspections and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) buy-off to ensure materials comply with specified quality standards.
• Review supplier Statistical Process Control (SPC) data and charts, identify abnormalities, and report findings to the relevant SQE Engineer or Supervisor.
• Ensure all incoming materials meet MNC specifications and quality requirements.
• Manage material on-hold and off-hold activities through eNCS, Oracle systems, and physical material control processes.
• Retrieve samples from the hub for material evaluation purposes.
• Monitor SQE lead lot, SAH, and evaluation samples during production to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Coordinate the return of samples to suppliers when necessary.
• Support material quality investigations by inspecting affected materials and identifying fit-for-use materials for production, following instructions from the SQE Engineer or Supervisor.
• Attend training sessions and briefings conducted by SQE Engineers or Technicians.
• Perform other SQE-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Good attention to detail, particularly in material inspection and quality data review.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.
• A responsible attitude with a willingness to learn and follow established quality procedures.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
