Join our optical retail team as a Sales Associate.
What You'll Do
Greet and serve customers in a warm, welcoming manner
Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, work orders and payments
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Support day-to-day store operations
What We're Looking For
Singaporeans only
Min. secondary school education
Retail or Sales experience preferred
Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
Willingness to work shifts across our islandwide store network
Salary and Remuneration
Starting salary $2,300 (basic)
Monthly performance incentives (up to $400)
13th Month Bonus (AWS)
Annual salary increments
Comprehensive hospitalization & medical insurance
14 days paid annual leave
Structured training and career growth programs
Work Arrangement
5-day work week, 44 hours
Flexi off days
Shift-based schedule (including compressed workweek options)
Deployment across 32 stores islandwide
