Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Executive at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the platform across its core verticals, with a focus on user acquisition and engagement in emerging and unbanked markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with product and data teams to align messaging with platform capabilities. The role involves developing campaign plans, managing digital and offline marketing activities, preparing presentations and marketing materials, and maintaining consistent communication across channels. The Marketing Executive will also track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design, execute, and evaluate effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to understand customer segments, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Marketing to support lead generation, conversion efforts, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing, ideally within tech or AI-driven platforms, is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
• Familiarity with emerging markets, fintech, edtech, HR tech, or health tech is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
