Job Responsibilities

• Conduct inline and final quality inspections of fashion handbags, small leather goods, luggage and travel accessories
• Monitor production and delivery status and report to merchandising teams
• Communicate closely with merchandising teams, factories and suppliers on any quality issues
• Provide technical support and resolve quality issues with factories and suppliers
• Assisting manager to conduct factory audits if possessing prior experience and knowledge
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quality/ Manufacturing Management or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ solid QC experience with handbags, small leather goods, luggage and travel accessories, preferably with high quality and branded products
• Prior experience working in buying or sourcing offices is highly preferred
• Good technical knowledge of material quality (including PU, PVC, leather, jacquard and other fabrics) and manufacturing process of handbags, small leather goods, luggage and travel accessories
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Putonghua
• Good communication, problem solving & analysis skills
• Frequent travel to PRC & overseas countries
