We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives involving Temenos Transact (T24) within a large-scale Wealth Management transformation programme.

You will act as the central coordination point between business, IT, operations, and technology teams, ensuring alignment across project roadmaps, dependencies, resources, and delivery commitments. This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to anticipate risks and drive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a consolidated project portfolio and roadmap for initiatives impacting Temenos Transact.

• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, and resource constraints.

• Work closely with business, IT, architecture, testing, and operations teams to ensure delivery alignment.

• Challenge project plans, timelines, and commitments to ensure realistic and achievable delivery targets.

• Lead project governance meetings and provide consolidated progress reports and dashboards to senior management.

• Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, milestone trackers, action plans, and release schedules.

• Coordinate release planning, operational readiness, cutover activities, and production handover.

• Proactively escalate delivery risks and drive mitigation plans and issue resolution.

• Facilitate prioritization and decision-making across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects or project portfolios within enterprise environments.

• Strong background in Banking IT, preferably Wealth Management or Private Banking.

• Good understanding of core banking systems, their integration, and operational processes.

• Knowledge of Temenos Transact / T24 is a strong advantage.

• Excellent project planning, governance, RAID management, and dependency management skills.

• Experience coordinating multiple IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders across complex programmes.

• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, release management, and production implementation.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior management.

• Ability to manage competing priorities, influence teams, and drive delivery in an international environment.
