Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Source for material prices from subcontractors.
Keep up-to-date with current market prices of construction materials
Look for new partnership opportunities with subcontractors.
Work with Contract Team for the tender of projects.
Fill up tender contracts.
Prepare quotations for projects.
Ad Hoc tasks when required.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying
3 years of experience (construction-related field preferred)
Tech-savvy
Salary will be dependent on experience and education levels.
