Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dependable Chefs to join our hotel breakfast team in Singapore. You will help prepare and present high-quality breakfast offerings for a diverse range of guests in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen. We value meritocracy, multiculturalism and work-life balance.
Job Description
Prepare, cook and present a variety of breakfast dishes, to consistent quality and presentation standards.
Work closely with fellow kitchen and service colleagues to ensure smooth, timely breakfast service, and accommodate guests' dietary and cultural requirements.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or large-volume breakfast setting. Candidates at various levels are welcome to apply.
Sound knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques, such as eggs, hot items and international and local favorites.
Valid Food Hygiene certification or willingness to obtain one; knowledge of HACCP is an advantage.
Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
