About the role
Our client is an independent infrastructure investment firm headquartered in Singapore. It backs growing businesses across Asia-Pacific in digital infrastructure, including data centres. With a growing portfolio of fund vehicles, holding companies and SPVs across several jurisdictions, the firm is looking for an experienced Paralegal / Corporate Secretarial professional to join its in-house legal team. The role reports to the Legal Director and supports the firm’s governance and deal work as it grows.

- Keep an accurate entity management database and organisation charts. Make sure annual filings, renewals and other compliance deadlines are met in every jurisdiction.
- Support the Legal Director on infrastructure investments and divestments, such as data centre and energy platform deals. This means preparing ancillary documents, tracking conditions precedent, coordinating signing and closing, and managing deal data rooms.
- Draft and review routine legal documents such as NDAs, engagement letters, service agreements and powers of attorney, and escalate issues where needed.
- Assist with fund-related legal and compliance matters, including investor onboarding and KYC, fund documents and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with external counsel, corporate service providers, auditors and portfolio company teams, and manage the legal team’s contract and document records.
- Carry out legal research and support ad hoc governance and compliance projects.
Key Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of paralegal or corporate secretarial experience, gained in a law firm, a corporate service provider, or in-house at an investment or financial services firm.
- Solid knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements, and experience managing entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Exposure to M&A, private equity, infrastructure or fund transactions is a strong plus.
- Very organised and detail-focused, able to work independently and handle competing deadlines in a lean, fast-moving team.
