About The Job

The Clinical Programs Manager (Senior Counsellor) leads the curation, design, and execution of evidence-based group programs, therapeutic workshops, and digital well-being strategies at C-three (Counselling & Life Coaching, SUSS). This role is instrumental in expanding access to care, meeting the diverse mental health needs of SUSS’ students, and strengthening academic and emotional resilience. The successful candidate will also maintain a clinical caseload, providing direct counselling/therapy support to students.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of structured therapeutic and psychoeducational group programs at C-three.
• Strategic Collaboration: Support the execution of C-three’s strategic plans, including collaborative projects with various faculties and departments, tailored workshops, and proactive well-being campaigns.
• Clinical Services: Provide individual and group counselling services, risk assessments, and crisis management.
• Digital Innovation: Spearhead the integration of digital well-being tools, virtual engagement platforms, and online psychoeducational resources into core services.
• Operations & Engagement: Contribute to general administrative duties and actively participate in wider centre and university-wide activities.

Job Requirements

• Education & Credentialing: Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Expressive Therapies or a related discipline, with relevant professional registration or certification (e.g., SAC, SPS).
• Program Management Experience: At least five years of relevant experience in designing, facilitating and managing structured therapeutic group programs, experiential journeys and psychoeducational workshops.
• Clinical Expertise: At least three years of post-qualification clinical experience, with competencies in individual therapy, group dynamics and clinical crisis management.
• Digital Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in developing or integrating digital well-being and digital mental health solutions.
• Execution Skills: Ability to balance broad strategic projects with day-to-day, process-oriented tasks.
• Communication & Tools: Strong interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Core Attributes: Resourceful team player with strong initiative, leadership and creativity, and the ability to support occasional evening activities based on operational requirements.
