We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for cybersecurity operations, technical support and infrastructure maintenance. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with people management, ensuring security technologies remain reliable, effective and aligned with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity engineers, overseeing daily activities, workload allocation and staff development.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of cybersecurity technologies to ensure system availability and performance.
• Coordinate the investigation and resolution of technical issues, working with internal teams and external vendors where necessary.
• Manage vulnerability remediation, security patching and configuration reviews to maintain a secure operating environment.
• Review operational processes and implement improvements to enhance service quality and system reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational reports and records to support internal reviews and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, IT security operations or security infrastructure.
• Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead, supervise and develop a team of engineers.
• Hands-on knowledge of network security, endpoint protection and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience in security operations, system maintenance, troubleshooting and vulnerability management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of container security and cryptographic key management is an added advantage.
