Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all cleaning management matters
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Ensuring the team is carrying out the proper SOP as defined by the company
• Manage Household Service Scheme and handle staff issues
• Assist growth of the company and expand the company by looking for more cleaning businesses in Singapore
• Serves customers by providing product and service questions and suggesting information
• Attracts potential customers by answering questions and suggesting information
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve
• analyzing customer information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Analyze sales data and increase the company's sales profit
• Provide strategies and estimates for company Work actively to manage both internal and external relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree and above in any discipline
• Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with staff, customers and stakeholders.
• High level of leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
• Broad knowledge and understanding of the principles, practices and procedures of customer service
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
