Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms and data centres.

Ensure the stability, availability, performance and security of IT systems and infrastructure.

Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies and procedures to support business operations.

Lead infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, installations and new technology implementations.

Monitor system performance, identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.

Manage IT infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery planning.

Ensure compliance with IT security policies, industry standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Manage IT vendors, service providers and infrastructure-related budgets.

Lead and guide the IT infrastructure team to ensure efficient service delivery.

Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability, efficiency and scalability.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Relevant experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration or network operations.

Strong knowledge of servers, networking, virtualisation, cloud computing and IT security.

Experience in infrastructure planning, project management and disaster recovery.

Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
