Vector Control Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a growing engineering company specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS), Facility Monitoring & Control Systems (FMCS), industrial automation and system integration.

We are looking for motivated Junior and Experienced Project Engineers to join our expanding team!

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, coordination and execution of BMS, FMCS and industrial automation projects.
• Support engineering design, system configuration, technical documentation and preparation of project deliverables.
• Coordinate site installation activities, contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Assist with or independently perform PLC/DDC programming, BMS/SCADA configuration, system integration and troubleshooting, depending on experience.
• Conduct point-to-point (P2P) verification, functional testing, testing & commissioning and system handover.
• Review engineering drawings, control schematics, I/O schedules and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, installation quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Support project documentation, progress reporting and timely completion of assigned work.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge and candidates with 1–5 years of related experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in BMS, FMCS, industrial automation, PLC, SCADA, ACMV, M&E or electrical control systems are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering, instrumentation, automation systems or control panel wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Good coordination, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and attend project sites when required.

Added Advantages (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Niagara N4, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Honeywell or Rockwell Automation systems.
• Knowledge of PLC/DDC programming, HMI/SCADA development or BMS engineering.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP or industrial communication networks.
• Experience in semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, manufacturing plants or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, electrical schematics, I/O schedules and system commissioning.
