Job Summary

Join our F&B team in Singapore to provide excellent customer service through order taking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment across various locations and contract types.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
• Operate the cashier system efficiently to process payments and issue receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area to comply with health and safety regulations
• Follow food safety practices consistently to ensure safe food handling and preparation
• Adapt to different work environments including cafes, fast food outlets, and livehouse venues
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and deliver quality service

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid food safety certificate for part-time/contract roles as mandated for safe food handling

Other Information

• Full-time roles offer up to $3,000/month plus bonuses with full training provided
• Part-time/contract roles pay up to $16/hour, paid weekly
• Livehouse venue position offers $2,600–$2,800/month plus service fees, with a 6-day work week at Suntec
• Positions available islandwide
