Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. 

• You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. 

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. 

• Take ownership of specific software components and ensure their quality and performance meet project standards. 

• Support colleagues by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex technical challenges. 

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices within the team. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. 

• Analyze and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth project delivery and system reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development and application support

• Advanced proficiency in Software Engineering is required. 

• Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development and Software Design & Solutions is suggested.
