We are looking for driven and outgoing individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Executive Search and mid- to senior-level recruitment.

You will receive hands-on exposure to different industries, work closely with experienced consultants, and engage with professionals and business leaders across the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify suitable professionals across different industries.
• Engage and build relationships with candidates to understand their experience, career goals and motivations.
• Develop relationships with clients and understand their business and hiring requirements.
• Support business development activities and identify new opportunities to work with companies.
• Learn how to assess candidates, conduct interviews and present suitable profiles to clients.
• Build your professional network and develop knowledge of the industries and functions you specialise in.
