About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join the Clarks team. As a Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and ensure our store maintains the highest standards of presentation and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Build product knowledge to confidently recommend footwear and accessories.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting, and product selection.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock presentation.
• Replenish stock and support inventory management activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support store promotions, campaigns, and events.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light stock handling.
