Job Summary

We are seeking a

Senior Digital Campaign StrategistExecutive

to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of data-drivendigital marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and Xiaohongshu,while supporting clients in achieving stronger brand awareness, engagement,leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated digital campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audiences and market trends.

Plan campaign concepts, content direction, media budgets, timelines, KPIs and performance targets.

Lead digital advertising campaigns across TikTok and other relevant platforms.

Develop and manage social media, content marketing, KOL/KOC and influencer campaigns.

Conduct audience, competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities and campaign insights.

Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, cost per acquisition and ROI.

Continuously optimise campaigns, advertising budgets, targeting, content and creative approaches to improve results.

Work closely with clients, designers, content creators, KOLs and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to objectives.

Prepare campaign reports, performance reviews and strategic recommendations for clients and management.

Identify emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, content formats and new advertising opportunities.

Provide guidance and coaching to junior digital marketing team members and support the improvement of internal campaign processes.
