Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily construction operations to ensure smooth workflow, quality standards, and compliance with safety policies. Manage employee task assignments, monitor performance, and coordinate schedules to optimize manpower and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow
Assign tasks to employees and monitor their performance to meet operational goals
Coordinate work schedules to ensure adequate manpower for daily activities
Monitor work quality to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures
Provide guidance and support to employees to enhance work efficiency and productivity
Maintain accurate records of daily operations and prepare reports as required
Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating significant matters to management
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
We are a licensed employment agency specializing in foreign manpower recruitment. We are MOM-Licensed, and we have a Comprehensive Licence (non-FDW) allowing us to place Local Workers or Foreign Workers.
