• Lead failure analysis for customer complaints, returned materials/containers, and manufacturing abnormalities.
• Develop investigation plans and identify failure mechanisms through data analysis, testing, and technical evaluation.
• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective/preventive actions.
• Work with Production, QA, Application, R&D, and global technical teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor recurring failure trends and drive systematic improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Document and communicate investigation findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.
• Experience in semiconductor materials, chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or failure analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
