Responsibilities:

• Help to lead architecture design and execution throughout the project cycle.
• Oversee progress of on-site work ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Work with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that the building plan meet the

necessary building codes and regulations.

• Ensure key deadlines are met and staff are working together effectively
• May manage various groups of architects, technicians and/or specialists.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Architecture or related fields
• Minimum 6 years of relevant architectural experience
• Being registered with Singapore Board of Architects would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
• Conversant with local code and regulations
• Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
• Ability to lead a team
• Experience in high density housing and/or public housing
• Good leadership and communication skill
