We’re looking for a driven and organised individual to join us as a Secretary.

What will you do?

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the team, assist with client servicing and administrative matters, and work closely with an experienced Financial Consultant.

At the same time, you’ll gain hands-on industry experience, learn directly from an established Financial Consultant and develop the skills needed to progress towards becoming a Financial Adviser.

What You Will Learn

• Learn the backend operations of a Financial Advisory practice
• Gain hands-on experience in client servicing and policy administration
• Understand how client relationships are managed and maintained
• Learn how experienced Financial Consultants manage their business and serve their clients
• Gain exposure to real-world cases, workflows and industry practices
• Develop your communication, organizational and people skills
• Receive guidance and training as you work towards becoming a Financial Adviser of your own

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support
• Assist with client communication, appointments and follow-ups
• Prepare and organize documents, forms and client records
• Assist with policy servicing and administrative matters
• Follow up on outstanding documents and requests
• Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior administrative, customer service or sales experience is an advantage
