Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works for commercial Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMC) system to ensure air conditioning systems operate efficiently and reliably
Troubleshoot and identifying root course for electrical and mechanical faults followed by executing effective repairs and corrective actions.
Perform installation and alternations work for commercial ACMC system including testing and commissioning.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and perform necessary restorative actions to minimize downtime
Prepare and maintain detailed accurate monthly maintenance and repair logs.
Ensure all works are carried out complies with manufacturer equipment standards, workplace safety requirements, and relevant site procedures.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min NITEC in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical /Automotive / Air-Conditioning or any other related fields
Min 2 years Hands-on experience with commercial air-conditioning, ACMV, HVAC or a related cooling system
Knowledge in condition monitoring systems will be an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

Working hours: 5 days or Shift Work

In particular, we now specialise in the manufacturing of Passenger Boarding Bridges for airports, connecting aircrafts to airport terminals. Till date, we have fabricated and supplied over 100 bridges to airports around the world, including Changi Airport (Singapore), Taoyuan International Airport (Taiwan), Osaka International Airport (Japan) and Narita International Airport (Japan).
