Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and contribute to QA engineering best practices across the Engineering function.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Vendor teams to deliver high-quality digital banking applications.
• Design, create, and execute manual and automated test cases and test suites.
• Prepare and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, Issue Lists, and other test documentation.
• Promote test automation in line with the overall testing strategy.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automated testing tools.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of in-house testing tools and source code.
• Design and communicate testing solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document test steps, results, and defects accurately.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as:
• Robot Framework
• Selenium
• Experience in exploratory and regression testing.
• Strong experience in API testing and automated API test development.
• Experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as:
• Jenkins
• Bitbucket
• GitHub Actions
• GitLab CI
• Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile or Lean Startup environments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing across functional, performance, and security areas.
