Director, Technology Advisory & Architecture

A leading FSI consultancy is looking for a Director to grow its Technology Advisory & Architecture practice across Southeast Asia.

The role

• The Director will lead large-scale IT, digital and technology transformation engagements for financial institutions, insurers and telcos.
• They will act as a trusted adviser to client executives, aligning business and technology strategy.
• They will assess enterprise technology landscapes, define future-state architectures and design transformation roadmaps.
• They will set architectural direction and oversee delivery, including proofs of concept.
• They will bring emerging technology and cross-industry insight to clients' business problems.
• They will contribute to practice growth through pre-sales, thought leadership and mentoring.

The candidate

• 15+ years in strategy, management or technology consulting, ideally with financial services or insurance experience.
• A strong background in enterprise, solutions, data or cloud architecture at enterprise scale.
• Experience leading high-performing delivery teams and driving pre-sales and proposals.
• A hypothesis-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills and senior presence.
• TOGAF or a similar certification preferred. An MBA or Master's is highly regarded.
• Willing to travel across Southeast Asia and APAC.
