Key Responsibilities :

• Create engaging and creative multimedia content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, photos, and other visual content.
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media content calendar.
• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, posters, banners, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Conduct photography and videography for clinic activities, campaigns, events, staff activities, and promotional content.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or other relevant editing software.
• Create visually appealing content that communicates healthcare and dental-related information in a simple and engaging manner.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Management teams to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, editing styles, and digital marketing trends.
• Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improving engagement and reach.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and other creative projects when required.
• Perform other marketing and multimedia-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, Creative Media, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in multimedia, content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, photography, and content creation.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Creative with a good eye for visual composition, design, typography, and branding.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or assisting with on-camera content when required.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Able to develop creative content ideas independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• A portfolio of previous creative, multimedia, photography, or video work is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Kota Damansara, Selangor.
