onsibilities include:

Training Provided – No experience? No worries. We'll provide structured training and guidance to help you succeed.

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email

Recommending suitable training courses

Assisting with course registrations and bookings

Following up on customer enquiries

Supporting front counter and learner check-in

Coordinating with trainers and internal teams

Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems

Ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience_________

Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
